Abstract

Since the report of AIDS-related infection by CDC in 1981. Much more concerns about the etiology and transmission of infectious diseases has been attracted than any time before.
Considering the environment in our country, the author has described the special concerns in dental profession about the viral infectious disease. Especially such as HBV and HIV infections.
With the discussions about the patient evaluations, barrier techniques and the details in procedures of sterilization and disinfection, the author would like to suggest an effective anti-cross infection protocol at the end of this paper.
